Role & Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day store operations in line with the Store Manager’s directives, ensuring compliance with Balenciaga standards and retail policies.
- Lead and coach Department Managers and the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets, KPIs and qualitative clienteling objectives.
- Oversee floor coverage, visual merchandising, display maintenance and housekeeping to preserve brand presentation and store readiness.
- Drive client acquisition, VIP relationship management and growth of the customer database through proactive clienteling and personalised service.
- Manage operational processes including inventory control, loss prevention, complaint resolution and staff rostering.
- Recruit, develop and retain talent by establishing a positive work environment, providing regular feedback and facilitating professional development.
Qualifications
- Proven retail management experience with responsibility for people management and store operations.
- Demonstrable leadership and organisational skills with an inclusive management style.
- High sensitivity to client experience and loyalty-building techniques, including VIP service.
- Strong communication skills in English and Chinese (spoken and written).
- Proficient with MS Office and comfortable using digital retail tools and CRM platforms.
Skills
Experience
Proven experience in retail and customer service environments with direct responsibility for managing store operations, leading multi-disciplinary teams and delivering sales and KPI targets. Experience handling VIP clients and developing customer databases is expected.
Education
Tertiary qualification in business, retail management, hospitality or a related discipline preferred; equivalent demonstrable retail management experience will be accepted.
