Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist the Store Director in managing floor operations, sales, visual merchandising, and client services.
  • Analyze sales results and conduct regular assessments to optimize performance.
  • Report relevant information to headquarters and share insights with the store team.
  • Monitor the local business environment and competition.
  • Support the Store Director in achieving quantitative and qualitative goals.
  • Implement action plans and update the team on KPIs.
  • Create a positive work environment and motivate the team.
  • Attract, develop, and retain talent within the store.
  • Promote the brand culture internally and externally.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and maintain Balenciaga's qualitative standards.
  • Manage store operations, including opening and closing, inventory, and payroll.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and internal guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate customer databases and manage client relationships.

Qualifications

  • Commitment to innovative projects.
  • Minimum of 3 years in a managerial position overseeing at least 10 people.
  • Significant sales experience in the luxury retail industry.
  • Proven managerial experience with the ability to set goals and delegate tasks.

Skills

High sensitivity to client experience and loyalty. Strong organizational and precision skills. Adaptability and openness to new ideas. Excellent interpersonal and client service skills. Proficiency in digital tools and platforms.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years in a managerial role within the luxury retail sector, with a proven track record of leading teams and driving sales.
