Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store operations including floor coverage, visual merchandising, display, and client service in alignment with Balenciaga standards
  • Lead and manage department managers and sales teams to achieve targeted sales goals, KPIs, and qualitative objectives
  • Implement action plans defined with headquarters and the Store Director, ensuring consistent follow-up and team alignment on performance metrics
  • Develop and maintain a positive work environment that embodies brand behaviors and motivates the team through daily engagement and feedback
  • Attract, develop, and retain talent by managing department managers, assisting with sales team development, and creating clear development plans
  • Oversee clienteling approach and ensure Balenciaga signature client experience execution, maintaining satisfaction scores and addressing complaints
  • Build and nurture client relationships across all segments from newcomers to VIPs, ensuring data accuracy and personalized engagement
  • Ensure store atmosphere and presentation comply with Balenciaga brand image and retail excellence standards
  • Manage inventory activities, warehouse stock verification, and reconciliation in collaboration with the Operations Manager
  • Oversee payroll processing, staff scheduling, attendance monitoring, and petty cash reconciliation
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly business results; analyze performance data and provide high-quality reports to Store Director and headquarters
  • Assess competitive landscape and local business environment to inform strategic decisions
  • Ensure compliance with all legal, safety, security, sustainability, and HR guidelines throughout store operations

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial position supervising at least 10 people
  • Significant sales experience in the luxury retail sector
  • Proven ability to set goals, delegate work effectively, and follow up on results
  • High sensitivity to client experience and loyalty development
