Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the store and sales team to achieve and exceed sales and KPIs goals in compliance with company guidelines.
- Promote brand engagement to clients to ensure the achievement of quantitative and qualitative goals.
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in overseeing floor coverage, sales, visual merchandising, and operational functions.
- Create and maintain a positive work environment consistent with Balenciaga's values.
- Identify, recruit, develop, and retain talent within the team.
- Act as a Balenciaga Ambassador, promoting the brand culture internally and externally.
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, security, and internal process requirements.
- Support inventory management and warehouse stock activities.
- Drive client loyalty and retention, particularly with VIP clients.
Qualifications
- Significant experience in team and store management within the luxury sector.
- Proven track record in sales of luxury products.
- Strong social skills and ability to listen effectively.
- Fluency in English and ideally a second language.
- Possession of a customer portfolio and knowledge of local clientele.
