Balenciaga seeks an Assistant Performance Media Manager Intern in Paris. Support digital acquisition strategy across paid, social, and affiliate channels.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Global Performance Media Manager in managing and optimizing all acquisition campaigns: Paid Search, Social, Affiliation, and Display
- Coordinate and activate campaigns with partner agencies and media platforms from brief to final reporting
- Analyze campaign performance daily and optimize budget allocations across high-performing channels and markets to achieve ROAS targets
- Analyze website traffic across all channels to understand customer journey and purchase discovery patterns, informing continuous planning and optimization with key business and user insights
- Coordinate creative asset requirements needed for performance campaigns
- Ensure Balenciaga's brand image is consistently maintained across all channels in copy, creative, and deployed strategies
Qualifications
- First experience in acquisition campaign management, particularly in SEA (including Shopping), ideally from an eCommerce operator or specialized agency background
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to extract actionable insights from complex and varied data
- Expert proficiency in Excel; comfortable with PowerPoint
- Fluent in French and English (written and oral)
- Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Looker Studio, and GA 4 is a significant advantage
