Balenciaga Jewelry & Eyewear Assistant Collection Coordinator internship in Paris, January 2027. Support design development and production coordination.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain and update all collection materials and documentation on a continuous basis
- Assist in organizing meetings with Artistic Direction and coordinate show look preparation and packing logistics
- Monitor all seasonal and commercial product launches
- Communicate consistently with internal studio partners and external departments regarding collection development
- Coordinate information flow between the Jewelry & Eyewear studio and development teams in Italy
- Organize wear tests and prepare normalization meetings with design, development, and production teams
- Track and monitor all master samples throughout production
- Manage reception, shipment, and delivery of prototypes
- Coordinate internal product photography shoots
- Support showroom preparation and maintain studio workspace organization
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a university, business school, or fashion school
- Fluent in English
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Product-oriented mindset with meticulous attention to detail
Skills
Experience
A first experience in fashion design, production, or collection coordination is appreciated but not required; candidates should demonstrate enthusiasm for the jewelry and eyewear sectors and the luxury fashion industry.
Education
