Role & Responsibilities
- Control, analytically allocate, and input supplier invoices.
- Generate automatic payments in both euros and foreign currencies.
- Monitor follow-ups and manage communication with suppliers.
- Handle expense reports.
- Import daily automated billing flows and track rejections.
- Monitor and process banking operations.
- Manage correspondence related to accounts payable.
- Track and resolve supplier disputes.
Qualifications
- Holder of a BTS in Accounting or Management.
- Minimum of two years of experience as an Accounts Payable or Auxiliary Accountant.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of two years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role is required.
Education
BTS in Accounting or Management.
