Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Associates to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets
- Create and execute an agile business plan with total accountability for store performance
- Manage business planning including setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
- Execute in-store events and strategic customer engagement initiatives
- Oversee retail operations including inventory management, facilities maintenance, and cash reconciliation
- Implement personalized and authentic customer service delivery across all customer interactions
- Recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting and relationship management
- Ensure compliance with retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events
Qualifications
- Proven retail management or assistant retail management experience, preferably in cosmetics
