Role & Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor sales team to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service while achieving sales and customer service targets
- Execute cash reconciliation and financial accuracy at the start and end of shifts
- Open and close the store on a rotating basis, ensuring secure handling of assets and compliance with operational procedures
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in the day-to-day management and smooth running of store operations
- Model and reinforce brand behaviors and customer service standards across the team
- Manage retail operations including point-of-sale systems and customer transactions in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Previous supervisory or lead experience with coaching and mentoring capabilities (desirable)
- Retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and store opening/closing procedures (desirable)
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale software
- Ability to obtain and provide proof of right to live and work in the United States

Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or the prestige beauty sector.
