Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor sales team members to model exceptional customer service behaviors and achieve sales and service targets
- Execute opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation and point-of-sale operations on a rotating basis
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in day-to-day store operations and staff development
- Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service while maintaining strong product knowledge
- Monitor retail performance metrics and contribute to meeting departmental and store-wide targets
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably in cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Demonstrated experience with retail point-of-sale software
- Proven ability to work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
Skills
Experience
Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty. Previous supervisory or team-lead experience involving coaching and mentoring others is desirable. Prior exposure to retail operations, including cash reconciliation and store opening/closing procedures, is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or business training is beneficial.
