Role & Responsibilities
- Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring smooth and efficient daily store operations
- Lead and mentor sales team members by modeling exemplary customer service behaviors and coaching them to achieve sales and service targets
- Perform opening and closing duties on a rota basis, including cash reconciliation and point-of-sale system management
- Deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service to drive sales performance and customer satisfaction
- Manage cash handling, daily reconciliation, and retail operations procedures with accuracy and attention to detail
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably in cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Ability to work retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale software systems
- Retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and store opening/closing (desirable)
- Previous supervisory experience including coaching and mentoring others (desirable)
- Proof of right to live and work in the United States

Experience
