Role & Responsibilities
- Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager in overseeing daily store operations and customer service excellence
- Coach and mentor sales team members to model exemplary customer service behaviors and achieve sales targets

- Maintain retail standards, visual merchandising, and operational efficiency during assigned shifts

Qualifications
