The Estée Lauder Companies seeks a dynamic Part-Time Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager at the Aveda boutique in Columbia Mall. This supervisory role requires outstanding coaching and mentoring skills to lead the sales team, model exemplary customer service behaviors, and achieve all sales and customer service targets. The Key Holder will perform essential cash reconciliation duties and manage store opening and closing procedures on a rotating basis.
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and store opening/closing
- Previous supervisory or team lead experience with coaching and mentoring capabilities
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale software systems
- Flexibility to work retail hours including nights, weekends, and special events
- Valid right to work in the United States
Skills
Experience
Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty. Retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and opening/closing store procedures is desirable. Previous supervisory experience involving coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets is desirable. Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience with retail point-of-sale software is required.
Education
