The Manager, Channel Integration & Operations serves as the operational backbone of the Aveda and Bumble and bumble commercial organization within Estée Lauder Companies. Reporting to the VP of Channel Strategy, this role drives execution and operational excellence across North America haircare channels—including Specialty Multi-brand retail, Aveda Institutes, and Free-Standing Stores—while strengthening these assets as strategic growth engines. The incumbent will own the operating cadence for the Commercial organization, lead high-impact cross-functional initiatives, and serve as the business lead for developing the Aveda Institute Alumni Network.

Role & Responsibilities

• Partner with the VP, Channel Strategy to ensure alignment and execution across Specialty Multi, Aveda Institutes, Free-Standing Stores, and emerging commercial initiatives
• Connect priorities across Sales, Education, Marketing, Finance, Global Operations, and other functions to ensure seamless cross-channel execution
• Own the operating cadence for the Commercial organization, including leadership meetings, business reviews, annual planning, and action tracking
• Develop executive dashboards, scorecards, and reporting systems to monitor business performance, key initiatives, and organizational priorities
• Lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that strengthen the haircare ecosystem and support long-term business growth
• Serve as the primary business lead for the development and ongoing evolution of the Aveda Institute Alumni Network
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to simplify processes and enhance operational effectiveness across the Commercial organization
• Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities while ensuring accountability and execution across multiple workstreams
• Champion a customer-centric experience across the organization by identifying opportunities to enhance end-to-end experiences for customers and commercial partners
• Support special projects and executive priorities as directed by leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
• 5–8+ years of experience in Commercial Operations, Business Operations, Program Management, Consulting, or a closely related business function
• Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional initiatives within a highly matrixed organization
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and drive alignment without direct authority
• Highly analytical with demonstrated experience developing executive presentations, business reporting, and actionable insights from data
• Self-starter with exceptional judgment, meticulous attention to detail, and a strong track record of driving execution
• Experience within prestige beauty, consumer goods, retail, or a similarly dynamic and complex industry (preferred)

Experience

5–8+ years of experience in Commercial Operations, Business Operations, Program Management, Consulting, or a related business function, with demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional initiatives within a highly matrixed organization. Experience within prestige beauty, consumer goods, retail, or a similarly dynamic industry is preferred.

Education

Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 87,550 to USD 143,800 per annum.
