Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized, inspirational, and authentic makeup consultations and product demonstrations to customers
- Execute makeup applications and technical services that educate and delight clients
- Collaborate with the team to design and deliver impactful in-store events and promotions
- Maintain the store's visual merchandising standards and product displays to ensure competitive brand positioning
- Operate retail point-of-sale systems and process transactions accurately

Qualifications

Skills
Experience
Makeup artistry certification or prior retail makeup experience is preferred; however, applicants with amateur-level experience who demonstrate strong creative and technical expertise are welcome to apply.
Education
Certification in makeup artistry is desirable but not required; secondary education or equivalent is typical for entry-level roles in prestige beauty retail.
