Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor sales team members to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring efficient store operations

- Perform daily cash reconciliation at start and end of shift
- Open and close store on a rotational basis

Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably in cosmetics or beauty
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Previous retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and store opening/closing procedures
- Previous supervisory experience including coaching and mentoring others
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale software
- Proof of right to live and work in the United States
Skills
Experience
Previous retail experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally within cosmetics or prestige beauty. Prior supervisory or lead experience with responsibility for coaching and mentoring sales team members is highly desirable.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant retail or leadership training preferred.
