Aveda Keyholder position in Houston, TX. Part-time supervisory role supporting store operations and leading sales team at the Galleria location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor sales team members to model inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service behaviors
- Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring smooth and efficient store operations
- Execute opening and closing procedures on a rotational basis, including cash reconciliation and day-end reporting
- Perform start and end of day cash handling and reconciliation with accuracy
- Drive achievement of sales and customer service targets through team leadership and performance management
- Maintain retail standards and visual merchandising across the store environment
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Capacity to obtain and verify proof of legal right to live and work in the United States
Skills
Experience
Previous retail experience, preferably in cosmetics or prestige beauty. Retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and store opening/closing procedures is desirable. Prior supervisory experience involving coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets is desirable.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 17 to USD 28 per hour.
