Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in overseeing daily store operations
- Lead and mentor the sales team through coaching and modeling desired customer service behaviors
- Deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service to achieve sales and service targets
- Execute opening and closing procedures on a rotational basis
- Perform cash reconciliation and handle cash management duties
- Manage retail point-of-sale (POS) systems and associated transactions
- Maintain store standards and ensure compliance with company policies
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale (POS) software
- Ability to obtain proof of right to live and work in Canada
Skills
Experience
Proven retail experience, preferably in cosmetics or beauty retail. Previous retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and opening/closing procedures is desirable. Prior supervisory experience involving coaching and mentoring to achieve sales and customer service targets is desirable.
