Estée Lauder Companies seeks an ambitious retail professional to serve as Key Holder at the Aveda boutique in Eaton Centre, Toronto. Supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, the successful candidate will mentor the sales team, execute cash reconciliation procedures, and manage store opening and closing operations on a rotating basis while delivering personalized customer service aligned with brand standards in the prestige beauty sector.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead by example and mentor the sales team to demonstrate inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in the smooth and efficient operation of the store
- Perform daily cash reconciliation at both start and end of day
- Open and close the store on a rota basis and manage associated operational procedures
- Coach team members toward achieving sales targets and customer service objectives
- Model the behaviors and service standards expected of the sales team
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Right to live and work in Canada (proof required if invited to interview)
Skills
Experience
Previous retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and store opening/closing procedures is desirable. Prior supervisory or lead experience involving coaching and mentoring team members to achieve sales and customer service targets is advantageous.
Education
