Role & Responsibilities
- Lead by example and mentor the sales team to demonstrate inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in the smooth and efficient operation of the store
- Perform daily cash reconciliation at both start and end of day
- Open and close the store on a rota basis and manage associated operational procedures
- Coach team members toward achieving sales targets and customer service objectives
- Model the behaviors and service standards expected of the sales team
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Right to live and work in Canada (proof required if invited to interview)
Skills
Experience
Previous retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and store opening/closing procedures is desirable. Prior supervisory or lead experience involving coaching and mentoring team members to achieve sales and customer service targets is advantageous.
