Role & Responsibilities
- Lead by example and mentor sales team members to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service while achieving all sales and customer service targets
- Perform opening and closing procedures on a rota basis, including cash reconciliation and store security
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in the smooth and efficient operation of the store
- Conduct start and end of day cash handling and reconciliation with accuracy and attention to detail
- Coach and develop team members to achieve sales performance and customer service excellence
- Maintain compliance with retail standards, policies, and procedures across all store operations
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale (POS) software systems
- Willingness to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events
- Ability to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to interview
Skills
Experience
Previous retail experience is required; supervisory experience and retail operations experience including cash reconciliation are desirable. Experience with retail opening and closing procedures is valued.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 19.39 to USD 25.85 per hour.
