Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in day-to-day store operations
- Provide coaching and mentoring to sales team members to model and reinforce desired customer service behaviors
- Deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service to achieve sales and customer service targets
- Perform start-of-day and end-of-day cash reconciliation and point-of-sale procedures
- Open and close the store on a rotational basis
- Maintain retail operations standards and ensure efficient store functioning
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale software
- Ability to work retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Right to live and work in the United States (proof required if invited to interview)
Skills
Experience
Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty. Previous retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and store opening and closing procedures is desirable. Prior supervisory or team leadership experience involving coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets is desirable.
