Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the sales team by example, modeling the behaviors required to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager in achieving all sales and customer service targets
- Conduct cash reconciliation and point-of-sale operations during start and end of day procedures
- Open and close the store on a rotational basis while ensuring security and compliance
- Coach and develop team members to achieve sales performance and customer satisfaction objectives
- Maintain store standards and operational excellence in a fast-paced retail environment
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale software systems
- Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events
- Proof of right to live and work in the United States
- Desirable: retail operations experience including cash reconciliation
- Desirable: previous supervisory or mentoring experience

Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics. Previous retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and opening and closing procedures is desirable. Prior supervisory experience including coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets is desirable.
