Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the sales team through coaching and modeling exceptional customer service behaviors
- Perform opening and closing store procedures including cash reconciliation and point-of-sale verification

Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within the cosmetics or beauty sector

Skills
Experience
Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty. Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is desirable, as is prior exposure to retail operations including cash reconciliation and store management responsibilities. Comfort with fast-paced retail environments and flexible scheduling is essential.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or business education is advantageous but not required.
