Role & Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor the sales team to deliver exceptional, personalized customer service and achieve sales targets
- Lead by example, modeling the behaviors and service standards expected of the sales team
- Perform daily cash reconciliation at the start and end of shifts
- Open and close the store on a rota basis, ensuring all procedures are followed

Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and store opening/closing procedures (desirable)
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience with coaching and mentoring capabilities (desirable)
- Experience with retail point-of-sale software
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events
- Right to live and work in the United States
Skills
Experience
Proven retail experience with a preference for cosmetics or prestige beauty sectors. Previous supervisory or leadership experience, including coaching and mentoring of sales teams to achieve targets, is desirable. Experience with retail operations, cash handling, and point-of-sale systems is highly valued.
Education
