Aveda seeks part-time Key Holder in Louisville, KY to support store operations and lead sales team in prestige beauty retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the sales team to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in the daily operations of the retail location
- Conduct cash reconciliation and point-of-sale procedures at opening and closing
- Perform store opening and closing duties on a rotating basis, including security and lock-up
- Model the behaviors and standards required of the sales team
- Achieve and support team achievement of sales and customer service targets
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Retail point-of-sale (POS) software experience
- Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events
- Proof of right to live and work in the United States
Skills
Experience
Proven retail experience, preferably in cosmetics or prestige beauty. Previous retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and store opening/closing procedures is desirable. Previous supervisory experience with coaching and mentoring responsibilities is desirable.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; no additional formal education required.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 17.63 to USD 29.38 per hour.
