Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and coach sales team members to model desired customer service behaviors and achieve sales and customer service targets

- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale (POS) software systems
- Ability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
