Role & Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor sales team members, modeling exceptional customer service behaviors and sales practices
- Conduct opening and closing procedures including cash reconciliation on a rotating basis
- Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager in the daily efficient operations of the retail location
- Lead sales initiatives and drive achievement of sales and customer service targets
- Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Manage retail operations including point-of-sale systems and cash handling
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and opening/closing procedures
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience with coaching and mentoring capabilities
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events
- Experience with retail point-of-sale software systems
- Right to live and work authorization in the United States
Skills
Experience
Previous retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty. Prior supervisory or leadership experience with coaching and mentoring is desirable. Retail operations experience including cash handling and store opening/closing procedures is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further beauty or retail management education is a plus but not required.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 16.50 to USD 19.50 per hour.
