Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor sales team members, modeling the behaviors and customer service standards required to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer experiences
- Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager in the daily operations and smooth running of the retail location
- Conduct start-of-day and end-of-day cash reconciliation using point-of-sale systems with accuracy and attention to detail
- Rotate responsibility for opening and closing the store according to the established schedule
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service
- Coach and mentor sales associates to reach their individual and team performance goals
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and store opening/closing (desirable)
- Previous supervisory experience including coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales targets (desirable)
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale (POS) software
- Availability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events
- Proof of right to live and work in the United States
Skills
Experience
Proven experience in a retail environment, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty. Previous supervisory experience with coaching and mentoring capabilities is desirable; however, ambitious self-starters with strong retail foundations looking for their first supervisory opportunity are encouraged to apply.
Education
