Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the sales team to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service aligned with brand values
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring smooth, efficient store operations
- Model exemplary retail behaviors and coach team members to achieve sales and customer service targets
- Execute opening and closing procedures on a rotational basis, including cash reconciliation and point-of-sale management

Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably in cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Experience with retail point-of-sale (POS) software systems
- Ability to work flexible retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and special events
- Ability to provide proof of right to live and work in the United States
Skills
Experience
Previous retail experience, preferably in cosmetics or luxury beauty. Desirable: prior supervisory or team leadership experience including coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets. Desirable: prior experience with retail operations, cash reconciliation, and store opening/closing procedures.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 19.39 to USD 32.31 per hour.
