Role & Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor sales team members to demonstrate inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager in day-to-day store operations and sales target achievement
- Perform cash reconciliation and handle cash management at start and end of shift
- Open and close the store on a rotating basis according to store schedule
- Model desired behaviors and maintain high standards of customer service delivery
- Support team in achieving sales and customer service performance targets
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Desirable: prior retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and store opening/closing procedures
- Desirable: previous supervisory experience including coaching and mentoring others
- Familiarity with retail point-of-sale (POS) software systems
- Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Right to live and work in the country

Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty retail. Supervisory experience including coaching and mentoring to achieve sales and customer service targets is desirable.
