Aveda seeks a dynamic and inspirational Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring efficient store operations and exceptional customer service delivery. The role combines coaching and mentoring responsibilities—leading by example to inspire the sales team—with essential retail operations duties including cash reconciliation and store opening/closing procedures. This position offers an ideal entry point into supervisory retail management for an ambitious self-starter with proven cosmetics or prestige beauty retail experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor sales team members to demonstrate inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager in day-to-day store operations and sales target achievement
- Perform cash reconciliation and handle cash management at start and end of shift
- Open and close the store on a rotating basis according to store schedule
- Model desired behaviors and maintain high standards of customer service delivery
- Support team in achieving sales and customer service performance targets
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Desirable: prior retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and store opening/closing procedures
- Desirable: previous supervisory experience including coaching and mentoring others
- Familiarity with retail point-of-sale (POS) software systems
- Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Right to live and work in the country

Experience
Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty retail. Supervisory experience including coaching and mentoring to achieve sales and customer service targets is desirable.
