Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the sales team by modeling exemplary customer service behaviors and coaching staff to achieve sales and customer service targets
- Perform cash reconciliation and management at the start and end of each shift
- Open and close the store on a rotational basis, ensuring operational security and compliance
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in the efficient day-to-day running of the retail location
- Deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service in a prestige beauty environment
- Execute retail point-of-sale (POS) operations and maintain cash handling standards
- Assist in training new team members on product knowledge and service standards
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Previous supervisory experience with coaching and mentoring responsibilities (desirable)
- Retail operations experience including cash reconciliation, store opening and closing (desirable)
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale software systems
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events
- Right to live and work in the country (proof required if invited to interview)
Skills
Experience
Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty. Previous supervisory experience with coaching and mentoring responsibilities is desirable. Retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and store opening/closing is also desirable.
