Role & Responsibilities

• Update the sell-in and sell-out client universe, including openings, closures and sector managers.
• Conduct ad hoc sell-in analyses and analyse performance by SDP and salon type, recommending action plans.
• Analyse innovation plan performance, including placement tracking.
• Prepare monthly sell-in reporting by client or salon group.
• Analyse sell-out by client, category and total brand, recommending action plans.
• Track field requests and coordinate with marketing, training and supply chain teams.
• Update the SFA tool, including purchase orders, new product additions and discontinued items.
• Monitor stock levels and flag potential issues using SAP and Power BI.
• Coordinate administrative matters with customer service and accounting, including orders, deliveries, credit notes, returns and disputes.
• Support sector managers with order taking.
• Provide field support during specific activations, key commercial periods and events.
• Track and develop the prospecting project as a whole.
• Prepare and monitor prospecting plans with sector managers.

Qualifications

• Business school or IEP education; undertaking a second gap-year internship or a final-year internship.
• Commercial and analytical mindset, rigour and numerical aptitude.
• Team-oriented, with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong customer-listening approach.
• Strong organisational skills, rigour, dynamism and adaptability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong Excel skills are essential, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
• Previous exposure to SAP is an advantage.
• Fluent English is essential for frequent exchanges with regional and international teams.
