Aveda seeks a Haircare Advisor for its Peter Jones, Sloane Square location in London, providing personalised customer service and achieving sales and service targets. The role is full-time, with 30 hours per week, and includes a commission scheme, product discount, and training and development.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide welcoming, authentic and personalised service to customers.
- Achieve customer service and sales targets.
Qualifications
- Passion and energy for providing inspirational, authentic and personalised customer service.
- Flexible availability across days and hours; availability can be discussed with the hiring manager before or during the interview.
- Experience styling with hot tools is desirable but not essential.
- Proof of the right to live and work in the UK.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced environment.
