The Hair Advisor delivers personalised customer service and sales support, creating inspirational in-store experiences through events, Aveda Services, trend spotting, social media and creativity. This is a part-time regular role for 15 hours.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide welcoming, authentic and personalised customer service to achieve customer service and sales targets.
- Deliver a unique and inspirational in-store experience that educates, inspires and delights customers.
- Engage customers through events, Aveda Services, exceptional communication, trend spotting, social media usage and creativity.
Qualifications
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalised customer service.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events, in a fast-paced work environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Ability to provide proof of the right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.
