Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and develop Aveda's global professional education strategy for hair color, scalp health, and hair treatment solutions
- Serve as a technical liaison connecting Product Development, Innovation, Marketing, and the professional salon community throughout the innovation journey from concept to launch and adoption
- Develop and deliver compelling education programs, curriculum, and learning experiences tailored to salon professionals and educators worldwide
- Create technical resources and professional consultation materials that translate complex formulation and ingredient science into engaging, actionable education
- Drive product and service adoption among salon professionals by demonstrating technical expertise in hair color formulation, color correction, gray coverage, and dimensional color techniques

Qualifications
