Forklift Driver position at Estée Lauder Companies (Aveda) in Blaine, MN. Operate warehouse equipment and manage material handling. $20–$24/hour.
Role & Responsibilities
- Operate powered industrial trucks safely, including sit-down forklifts, tank movers, drexel lifts, swing reach vehicles, and rider pallet jacks
- Load and unload trailers with components, raw materials, and finished goods in compliance with safety standards
- Process customer orders, execute cycle counts, and perform bin-to-bin inventory transactions using SAP
- Verify accuracy of materials required versus materials picked and ensure timely fulfillment of warehouse requirements
- Adhere to trained work instructions, standard operating procedures, and Good Manufacturing Practices
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and assist in cycle count reconciliation activities
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by performing general housekeeping duties and maintaining warehouse organization
- Assist with processing recycled materials, operating compactors, and managing pallet logistics
- Commit to individual sustainability and environmental responsibility practices in daily warehouse operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Some experience in a warehouse environment preferred
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain certification
- Proficient computer skills with ability to navigate Microsoft Windows Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Demonstrated effective communication skills and knowledge of English (reading and writing)
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
- Attention to detail and accuracy in material handling
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. maximum and frequently lift and carry up to 35 lbs.
- Ability to stand for several hours daily
- Willingness to adhere to all workplace safety policies and procedures

Experience
Some experience in a general warehouse environment is preferred; however, candidates with strong mechanical aptitude and commitment to safety protocols will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.
