Aveda Compounding Process Coordinator
Aveda, Estée Lauder Companies – Compounding Process Coordinator in Blaine, MN. Lead batch production operations on 2nd shift.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Compounding Supervisor with executing production schedules and assign tasks to Compounders and related staff
- Operate complex processing equipment including mixing kettles, pumps, homogenizers, blenders, and filters to independently mix batches meeting Right First Time Quality specifications
- Clean and sanitize equipment according to manufacturing procedures and GMP requirements
- Complete all required paperwork, batch closeout, documentation, sampling, and inventory transactions in compliance with GDP standards
- Enforce and communicate safety guidelines and procedures, including proper personal protective equipment use and workplace safety culture promotion
- Provide technical support, mentoring, and training to compounding staff members
- Ensure adherence to all plant policies and procedures and support leadership initiatives
- Identify and drive process improvements while communicating operational challenges to management
- Support other work centers as needed
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Some experience in a controlled manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of GMP and GDP requirements
- Mechanical aptitude and comfort operating powered and hydraulic industrial equipment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong understanding of measurement units and basic mathematics
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English
- Strong computer proficiency
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to lead by example
- Effective problem-solving capabilities
Skills
Experience
Some experience in a controlled manufacturing environment is preferred. Candidates should demonstrate familiarity with production coordination, batch processing, and equipment operation in a regulated manufacturing setting.
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 26 to USD 34 per hour.
