Aveda seeks a talented Beauty Advisor to deliver personalized, authentic and welcoming service to customers whilst achieving all sales and customer service targets. The successful candidate will leverage passion for people, products and services to create inspiring and unique in-store experiences, whilst building collaborative relationships with team members to uphold the company's rigorous standards.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, authentic and welcoming customer service to achieve all sales and customer service objectives
- Create unique and inspiring in-store experiences that educate customers and align with their individual beauty needs
- Build and maintain collaborative working relationships with dynamic team members to ensure the store meets company standards
- Manage point-of-sale transactions and maintain proficiency with POS software systems
- Work flexibly during commercial hours, including weekends and peak trading periods
Qualifications
- Proven experience in point-of-sale or customer service environments, preferably in cosmetics or fragrances
- Demonstrated ability to deliver inspiring, authentic and personalized customer service
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills with ability to foster a positive work environment
- Proficiency with POS software and Microsoft Office
- Availability to work retail hours including weekends

Experience
Valuable experience in point-of-sale service or retail customer environments, preferably within the cosmetics or fragrance sector.
