Aveda seeks a part-time Beauty Advisor to provide personalized, inspirational customer service, contribute to in-store events and uphold visual merchandising standards. The role welcomes applicants with amateur-level experience who demonstrate creative and technical expertise; hourly pay is $18–$30, with bonus eligibility.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights customers.
- Use creative and technical expertise to support the customer experience.
- Contribute to in-store events as part of a high-performing team.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards so the store stands out from competitors.
Qualifications
- Retail sales experience or a related qualification is preferred; applicants with amateur-level experience are also welcome if they can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
- Demonstrate the ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Be available to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events, in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Provide proof of the right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.
