The Beauty Advisor welcomes clients, delivers personalised service to meet customer-service and sales objectives, and creates an inspiring, educational shopping experience while collaborating with the team on visual merchandising standards. The role is full-time and temporary, with availability required for weekends, evening shifts and promotional events.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and provide authentic, personalised service that meets assigned customer-service and sales objectives.
- Create an inspiring, educational and unique shopping experience for every client through a passion for client interaction, the company, its products and services.
- Build collaborative relationships with the team to achieve the company’s high visual merchandising standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail or services, preferably in cosmetics.
- Ability to provide inspiring, authentic and personalised customer service.
- Availability to work according to store opening hours, including Saturdays, Sundays, evening shifts and promotional events.
- Previous experience using retail management systems is preferred.
- Candidates must be eligible to work in Italy.
