Aveda is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading and developing the sales team and achieving sales, customer service and operational targets. The role requires supervisory, coaching and retail operations skills in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time regular position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in leading, coaching and developing Sales Associates to achieve sales, customer service and operational targets.
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably in cosmetics.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Previous supervisory experience and a proven track record of coaching or mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets.
- Retail operations experience, including inventory management and cash reconciliation.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced work environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to provide proof of the right to live and work in the country if invited to attend an interview.
