Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in leading, coaching, and developing Sales Associates to achieve all sales targets and customer service standards
- Oversee daily retail operations including inventory management, cash reconciliation, and point-of-sale systems
- Provide inspirational and personalized customer service, setting an example for the team
- Mentor and train team members to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
- Manage scheduling, performance reviews, and team communication
- Work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events as needed
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or beauty

- Experience with retail point-of-sale software systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

- Capability to work flexible retail hours including weekends and special events
- Proof of right to live and work in the United States

Experience
Proven supervisory and coaching experience gained in a fast-paced retail environment, preferably within the cosmetics or prestige beauty sector. Demonstrated ability to lead and develop retail teams toward achievement of sales and customer service targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; further retail management or business education is advantageous.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 23.10 to USD 32.80 per hour.
