Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily workshop operations by preparing work areas and ensuring materials and supplies are available
- Transport jobs, materials, and supplies between departments and designated locations; maintain a clean, safe, and organized workshop environment
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming packages and deliveries for the workshop
- Complete office supply runs and support administrative tasks, including documentation and work assignment processing
- Respond to operational requests to support the day-to-day needs of the Customer Service Technical Team
- Monitor inventory levels for workshop supplies, office materials, parts, and consumables; stock, organize, and replenish materials to ensure availability
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with ordering and restocking activities
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and guarantee application of Group Best Practices
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in a workshop, warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, inventory control, or operational support environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
