Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for guests, delivering a warm, impeccably professional welcome and managing guest flow.
- Manage check-ins, reservations, waiting lists and accurate guest records to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Respond to guest enquiries via phone, email and in person; resolve requests or escalate to the appropriate department.
