Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for guests, delivering a warm, impeccably professional welcome and managing guest flow.
- Manage check-ins, reservations, waiting lists and accurate guest records to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Respond to guest enquiries via phone, email and in person; resolve requests or escalate to the appropriate department.
- Coordinate closely with sales, concierge and operations teams to personalise guest experiences and follow up on appointments.
- Maintain the reception and entrance areas to brand visual and presentation standards, ensuring an immaculate first impression.
- Operate point-of-sale and reservation systems, process payments and perform basic cash reconciliations as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a polished, professional appearance and demeanour.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is strongly advantageous.
- Comfortable multitasking in a high-volume, luxury environment with strong attention to detail.
- Basic numeracy and experience with POS or reservation systems preferred.
- Valid work authorization to work in the UAE.

Entry-level role: 0–2 years of customer-facing experience in hospitality, luxury retail, or guest services is preferred but not mandatory.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
