Role & Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute bespoke workshops at the AP Tokyo laboratory, delivering engaging lectures on mechanical watch architecture and mechanisms
  • Conduct hands-on technical instruction in movement assembly, disassembly, and related horological practices
  • Present compelling brand narratives and manufacturing excellence with clarity, tailored to diverse participant backgrounds
  • Welcome visitors, manage class enrollment and logistics, and address technical inquiries with authority and grace
  • Curate and facilitate premium experiences for VIP clients and bespoke educational sessions
  • Embody the Audemars Piguet brand philosophy in all client interactions, serving as a visible ambassador of horological mastery
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with boutique, customer service, and marketing teams to enhance event impact
  • Maintain training materials, equipment inventory, and event documentation; prepare reports on workshop outcomes
  • Support brand initiatives and special events as required

Qualifications

  • Minimum two years of formal watchmaking education from an accredited domestic or international school
  • At least three years of professional experience in watch repair, horological service, or watch retail sales
  • Proficiency with standard office software (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Competence in English sufficient for client interaction and training delivery (fluency not required)
