Role & Responsibilities

  • Analyze received timepieces and conduct complete technical diagnostics
  • Establish, validate, and refine diagnostic assessments for quotation purposes based on required operations and components
  • Ensure diagnostic accuracy, consistency, and alignment with Audemars Piguet technical standards
  • Communicate diagnostic findings clearly and contribute to customer experience during manufacture visits
  • Act as an agent for process improvement initiatives including continuous improvement projects, Lean methodologies, 5S, and component management
  • Utilize IT systems efficiently to research components, technical drawings, and data

Qualifications

  • Horological training (CFC or equivalent)
  • Confirmed experience exceeding 5 years in watchmaking, service diagnostics, or production
  • Advanced proficiency with quartz, automatic, and manual watch movements
  • Mastery of complications including perpetual calendar, power reserve, and flyback chronograph
  • Ability to perform watchmaking interventions in addition to diagnostic and quotation duties
  • Strong proficiency with IT tools and multi-system environments
  • Excellent analytical capabilities, precision, and clarity in communication
