Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute complete diagnostic and repair interventions on Audemars Piguet timepieces, including case opening, movement overhaul, dial and hand installation, and case closure
  • Regulate escapements and perform dynamic balancing according to precision standards
  • Conduct visual quality inspections of completed work against ERP documentation and associated quality directives
  • Identify defects and diagnose component failures using technical specifications
  • Apply all required technical and quality procedures mandated by the after-sales service division
  • Maintain and preserve specialized tools (cases, setting instruments) and workbench in optimal condition
  • Collaborate on Audemars Piguet improvement initiatives to enhance workshop efficiency and processes

Qualifications

  • Holds a BMA (Brevet des Métiers d'Art) or equivalent watchmaking qualification
  • Demonstrates a minimum of two years of hands-on experience in an equivalent watchmaker or horological technician role
  • Proficiency in watchmaking assembly techniques and theory
  • Ability to read and interpret horological technical drawings
  • Operational competence with ERP systems and standard business software (Outlook, Teams, M3, CS Workflow)
