Integrated within the Case Assembly team at the Meyrin facility and reporting directly to the Workshop Manager, the incumbent will contribute to the assembly and quality control of watch cases in compliance with the company's quality, safety, and performance standards. The role encompasses complete case assembly operations, including the fitting of sapphire crystals, pushers, correctors, and other components, alongside rigorous visual inspections and waterproofing tests to ensure aesthetic conformity and functional reliability.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute complete watch case assembly operations (back plate, middle case, bezel, and associated components) in accordance with defined quality standards
- Perform crystal setting, pressing, and installation of pushers, correctors, and other case elements with precision
- Conduct visual quality inspections at each manufacturing stage to guarantee aesthetic conformity of assembled products
- Execute waterproofing tests according to established procedures and validate component conformity
- Perform rigorous self-inspection of all operations executed
- Identify, report, and address any non-conformities in accordance with established procedures
- Ensure strict adherence to quality, safety, and manufacturing best practices
- Collaborate actively with the team to support overall workshop performance and productivity
Qualifications
- Minimum five years of confirmed experience in a similar role within a watchmaking environment
- Demonstrated exceptional manual dexterity and proficiency in high-precision assembly operations
