Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure alignment between developed solutions and business requirements alongside technical standards
- Conduct in-depth analysis of specifications to clarify objectives, needs, and expected deliverables
- Define technical architecture and serve as the technical reference for customer-facing digital platforms
- Collaborate with development teams to provide expertise on digital solution development and integration
- Operationally support developers in resolving complex technical challenges
- Deliver clear, concise presentations of technical solutions to stakeholders
- Author and disseminate comprehensive release notes documenting features, corrections, and improvements for each version; maintain technical documentation integrity
- Ensure code quality and deliverable standards through regular code reviews and implementation of automated testing frameworks
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent discipline
- Minimum 8 years of confirmed professional experience in software development and technical leadership roles
- Proficiency in Java/J2EE, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
- Demonstrated experience with modern front-end frameworks (Vue.js, React, and/or Angular)
- Strong understanding of CI/CD concepts and automated testing practices
- Familiarity with cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is desirable
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and coordinate technical teams
- Strong capability to solve complex technical problems
- Intellectual curiosity, autonomy, openness to change, and proactive approach to solution development
- Fluent in French with excellent English proficiency
